Altea is regenerating harmony: the story of a gentle encounter that transforms freshness into refreshment for the senses. This white wine relives the balance between the solid structure of Albana and the lively aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. A white wine made from Albana and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, spontaneous and free fermentation followed by maceration on the skins for 45 days in concrete vats. It then ages in spring in tinajas (small wooden barrels) for four months. Bottling in early summer without fining or filtration.
