64-18 SAKE
64-18 is an experimental sake, fresh and aromatic, slightly sweet, the result of our new refining method. A fruity and aromatic sake, 12% ABV.
TRADITIONAL SAKE HARMONIAE
A traditional dry and UMAMI sake, made with #9 yeast and Carnaroli rice. Ideal for pairing with meat RAMEN. 14.5% ABV.
TRUE TRADITIONAL SAKE
Classic traditional sake made with #7 yeast and Carnaroli rice. 15% ABV. Round, fresh, with a banana aroma.
JUNO- JUNMAI SAKE
JUNO represents our approach to traditional nihonshu: artisanal production, respect for Japanese techniques. 15% ABV.
