Pupuseria Costa Azul

It is a small Salvadoran food restaurant that opens in Milan in 2019 under the charge of Antonio Guillen together with his partner Esmeralda Melendez, together they manage the restaurant from its previous name Costa del Sol. The desire and the underlying objective of the Pupuseria is that of divulging a completely new cuisine in Italy, captivating thanks to its explosions of exotic flavors from the name, born in the Central American country of El Salvador. After a few years he begins to reap the first successes, making the mission planned before his birth, REALE, which compromises us to reach with our flavor not only to their Salvadorans residing in Milan, otherwise, to make known to their Italian a new culinary horizon of great cultural content.

We strongly believe in the dialogue between cultures because it is very enriching. We consider food as the most effective tool to bring different ideas and different people together and create an inclusive union.
