Abura soba is a modern, dry Ramen. The Noodles from Pastificio Feltrino become the protagonists of this dish, certainly lighter than a classic Ramen, but no less tasty. Served with an Onsen egg (cooked at a low temperature at 63°) from the El Puner Agricultural Company of Anzù to play with and slop everything.
